well after xmas i WI yesterday at 12st 9.5lb
today i did 1hr4mins on wii n burned 254cals
fri had lazy day
sat i brought Dance on boardway didnt think i cud do it, but i can! i spend 45mins on it
had a snacky dominos pizza.
sun bk on deit, did 30mins on dance boardway
mon had a lazy day but 100% bk on deit.
tuessday did a gd workout at the gym to start the new year off, did 2hr 10mins on bike, 15mins on top X, n 300 abdomenal crunches and burned off 762cals between 9.45 - 12.45
wed lost 4lb!!!!!!!!!!!now 12st 5.5lb again lol

3ed wk on pp n fibre itake
well im 12st 3lb.
im happy wiv 1lb as is in the right direction but wish it was more, so gonna do a fibre intake wk again.
Thursday i had 25.7g been to aqua swim n burned 545cals @ the gym
Friday i had 24.4g been to legs bums n tums bured 248cals at gyn then went swimming
saturday i had 19.4g burned 548cals at gym
sunday i had 19.4g
monday i had 25.4g there was no aqua swim, so i went to curves
so far ive had 75.5g and burned 1341cals at gym
im happy wiv 1lb as is in the right direction but wish it was more, so gonna do a fibre intake wk again.

week 2 of fibre intake
Wedneday i had 25.8g and went to curves, had treat as lost 7lb.
Thursday i had 52.1g and going aqua swim and did 6 lenghts and burned 554cals at the gym, off to the o2 tonight to c Peter Kay so should be fgun
Friday had 22g

hi i not been on heard 4 mths lol, now im bk.
well was 12st 5lb but after hols put on 7.5lb so now 12st 12.5lb but hey at least im not in the 13s.
this week im trying to eat more fibre to c if that helps.
the recomeded allowes is 18g a day

Thursday i had 48g and burned 1027 cals at gym
Friday i had 44.2g
Saturday i had 25.8g n burned 565cals at gym
Sunday i had 32g
Monday i had 29.5g and did Aqua swim then did 4 lenthes i then went to curves

right im 12st 13lb after putting on 1lb yesterday. Today ive been to curves had 22/22pts had 16 bottles of low squish and earned 2.5bpts.
had a thought about as its 19wks till xmas to do a challage, so told my mate Lisa about it, so she made a group bout it on facebook called 19lbs in 19wks!!

Gland to be home
had a very relaxed day untill 4pm habby went to get van from garage, so I took louis up town and did a workout at Curves then I came home grant rang to till me he was in stanford ( mile away) and he was gonna fill van up, so I made louis a sandwhich then grant rang again saying that he fill up the van and his wallet was at home lol so I put louis in buggy and ran up to costcuter which took me 15mins a gd result. and there was me hoping 4 a quite day lollol

Saturdays are the harders days.
Took Louis to town and did a workout at Curves. Louis had diiner and 4.25pm ( wen we all eat 2gether) but grant wanted to eat after the footy.
So ive been snacking more 2day as body used to eating early, anyway was really good had 9!!!! pink n whits and stayed in pts.

Lost 1lb! got to lose another 2lb to get to goal 4 my east challege :-)))
Got my 200 workouts t-shirt, when i went to Cueves and found out i passed my level 1 english test!!!!!!!!!!!! Had a nice fish n chips dinner for 7pts.

well im hopefully bk to losing weight, i lost 5.5lbs this week, ive droped a pt so now im on 24pts and so far its working. YES!!!!!!!!!!!!
