hi i not been on heard 4 mths lol, now im bk.
well was 12st 5lb but after hols put on 7.5lb so now 12st 12.5lb but hey at least im not in the 13s.
this week im trying to eat more fibre to c if that helps.
the recomeded allowes is 18g a day
Wednesday i had 25.8g
Thursday i had 48g and burned 1027 cals at gym
Friday i had 44.2g
Saturday i had 25.8g n burned 565cals at gym
Sunday i had 32g
Monday i had 29.5g and did Aqua swim then did 4 lenthes i then went to curves
Tuesday i had 39.4g
altogether i had 244.7g and burned 1592cals at gym
very good week lost 7lb 12st 5.5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
