well after xmas i WI yesterday at 12st 9.5lb
today i did 1hr4mins on wii n burned 254cals
fri had lazy day
sat i brought Dance on boardway didnt think i cud do it, but i can! i spend 45mins on it
had a snacky dominos pizza.
sun bk on deit, did 30mins on dance boardway
mon had a lazy day but 100% bk on deit.
tuessday did a gd workout at the gym to start the new year off, did 2hr 10mins on bike, 15mins on top X, n 300 abdomenal crunches and burned off 762cals between 9.45 - 12.45
wed lost 4lb!!!!!!!!!!!now 12st 5.5lb again lol
