Weekend away

 Well yesterday  was a good day , been at the gym since  start of Feb and yesterday  I did the most the recline bike using the hill program  I did 1hr 40mins 893 cals the most I've ever done! Super happy!!


Today we are of to a park caravan holiday  resort for the weekend  should  be fun.

 Yesterday  was hubby's birthday.

So I went to Aqua ( plus did a sneaky  5 half lengths)

Then went to the garden centre  to me ur with friends  have tuna mayo sandwich  and half a scone but still lost 1lb 1oz! So it's moving  again so I'm happy and eating  a vbit more is helping granted I have only been focusing on my eating two day and started recording  on my app again  after not for years but now it's showing  me I was only eating 1400 cals which was probably  why I was very fatigued! But I know  its only been 48hrs but I'm slowly feeling a bit better๐Ÿ™ƒ it's a start

 Wow I need to write  more on my blog.

What can I say I'm stuck in neutral... for years, I have to get back in control ๐Ÿ˜ฉ  I'm gonna try my fitness pal again  on 1800 cals as when I focused I was losing  weight and was helping  my body but for the last few years I did count calories  as that probably  added to my depression and anxiety ๐Ÿ˜” but staring today I'm back and focused  enough  enough  time to take back control. 

I can't wait to go on holiday  next Fri and I have a lovely  cruise  in July ( mind u it means spending  a night  in Andover ) then my lovely  sister in-law's chrismas wedding  so I have a few lovely  things to look forward  too!
