Yesterday was hubby's birthday.
So I went to Aqua ( plus did a sneaky 5 half lengths)
Then went to the garden centre to me ur with friends have tuna mayo sandwich and half a scone but still lost 1lb 1oz! So it's moving again so I'm happy and eating a vbit more is helping granted I have only been focusing on my eating two day and started recording on my app again after not for years but now it's showing me I was only eating 1400 cals which was probably why I was very fatigued! But I know its only been 48hrs but I'm slowly feeling a bit better🙃 it's a start
