2ed wk on pp

lost 1.5lb yesterday 12st 4lb now, lets see if i can beat that this wk
Thursday done aqua swim and burned 455cals at the gym
Friday whet to Legs Bums n Tums and burned 524cals at the gym
Saturday went to Curves then relax the rest of tte day
Sunday did Legs bums n tums
tuesday did parlarties n bured 531 at the gym
Lost 1lb today 12st 3lb lets see ive i can beat that this wk
