well im 12st 3lb.
im happy wiv 1lb as is in the right direction but wish it was more, so gonna do a fibre intake wk again.
Thursday i had 25.7g been to aqua swim n burned 545cals @ the gym
Friday i had 24.4g been to legs bums n tums bured 248cals at gyn then went swimming
saturday i had 19.4g burned 548cals at gym
sunday i had 19.4g
monday i had 25.4g there was no aqua swim, so i went to curves
so far ive had 75.5g and burned 1341cals at gym

Saturday went to Curves then relax the rest of tte day
Sunday did Legs bums n tums
tuesday did parlarties n bured 531 at the gym

going well, love the plan,
thursday went to aqua swim and did 4 leights then went to gym n burned 619cas
had alful headack last night stoped me sleeping.

week 2 of fibre intake
Wedneday i had 25.8g and went to curves, had treat as lost 7lb.
Thursday i had 52.1g and going aqua swim and did 6 lenghts and burned 554cals at the gym, off to the o2 tonight to c Peter Kay so should be fgun
Friday had 22g
