after losing 1lb npw 15st 3.5lb im gonna do fibre week again. had 33.1gs today

Had 170.4gs fibre last weekand lost 1lb today( not as much as i wanted but still going in the right dirction

Monday did aqua swim, had 37.1g fibre

Sunday 17th
took louis swimming was fun
34.9g fibre

Saturdy
went to tesco food shopping n did a " find the missing bunny names"
had 33.7g fibre
had a little nibble on ww choc biccys

Friday had louis home as school had fire so waiting to hear whrn school will re open.
had 35.1g fiber

Thursday
went to aqua n had 35.1g fibre

today is wednesday13th march 2013. i have my sisters wedding on the 5th april, i am 15st 4.5lb nuts
im doing a high fibre deit this week on 41pp today ive had 31.6g of fibre.
