5.5lb!

well im hopefully bk to losing weight, i lost 5.5lbs this week, ive droped a pt so now im on 24pts and so far its working. YES!!!!!!!!!!!!

not been on it for 95days, said ive lost 1st making me 14st!! and my wii age is 2oyrs!!

My leader looked over my weaight chart, and told me today that i did in fact lost 3.5 last week ( when i thought i sts) witch means i was 14st 7.5lb b4 i when away.

Today i lost another 3lb. so no im 14st 1lb!!
