OMG!!!!!!!!!!

Lost 4lb!! dont know how as had a panick attack on sunday, really pleased tho as now 15stone 5.5lbs!

Easter

Well lost 1lb last week very please as weight starting to come off again after i sts 4 7wks, so thats 2lb in the last 2wks!! so now im 15st 9.5lb!!.

Had 2 surprise visitors last Thursday my Dad and his Gf Annie.

Seems to be working me on 27pts.

6wks till my holiday in Haven cant wait wanna lose another 3lb by then hopefully.

1st day of easter hols

Got up at 8.30am fed n dressed found out bread ran out so walked to summer fields, looks bare as it closing on Wednesday 4 12wks then will be a Morrisons.

Wake up call

Saw bryher's in fabulous 2day.

What am I doing I need to stay focused! last wednesday felt gr8 as lost 1lb but not been sticking to diet 4 few day dont know why was doing ok yesterday till got to O2 we saw Linoel Ritchie, where i had sweets and a full fat coke then we got bak at 12pm and was hungry so went through drive thru at MDS and ate it in bed.



I really need to get back on track so 2mo 27pts

31st

Garden nearly done!! called the workmen Bob and spud as louis loves bob the bilder lol. Feel bit better 2day got drs at 3pm as my left leg keeps going on me... i want to go two pmsl. then got go see nurse at 5.50pm to get some gym vouchers. will try and go swimming after. :-))

Still confrussed about how many pts should be on now tring 27pts, will find out 2mo

30th March

Having garden done 2day wont be finish till friday (im gonna shops later to get some headacke tablets, as dare say i will need them this week).
When shopping at Tesco's today, my hubby found me some ready meals and snacks with Davied Beckon face on, so gonna try the pasta bake 4 lunch.... see what its like
